    • Terminate enrollment if student behavior, performance, or compliance is unsatisfactory

2. 📚 Classes & Discipline

  • Students must maintain regular attendance, discipline, and respectful behavior inside the institute.

  • Any kind of:

    • Misconduct

    • Disruption

    • Indiscipline

    may result in suspension or termination without refund.

  • Class schedules may be adjusted due to operational or academic requirements.

3. 📝 Examination Policy

  • Students are eligible for exam registration only after:

    • Completing required documentation

    • Paying all applicable fees (as per course guidelines)

  • Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to apply for any exam.

  • The institute is not responsible for:

    • Missed registrations

    • Exam cancellations due to student negligence

    • Failure to respond to institute communications

4. 💰 Fees, Refund & Cancellation

  • All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • No refund will be provided for:

    • Missed classes

    • Dropouts

    • Schedule conflicts

  • Once the course has started:

    • Cancellation is not allowed

    • Students remain liable for full course fees

  • In case of rejoining:

    • Any applicable penalty or reactivation charges must be paid

5. 📊 Attendance & Performance

  • Regular attendance is essential for:

    • Certification eligibility

  • The institute may restrict exam forms or certifications if:

    • Attendance is below required levels

    • Academic performance is unsatisfactory

    • Dress code is strictly mandatory for all students attending classes.

    • Students must wear the prescribed institute dress (T-shirt or approved attire) during class hours.
      No student will be allowed to attend classes without proper dress code.
